Sangria - Caren's Recipe

Last night, we had two other couples over for dinner and Caren whipped up her own version of sangria. Two bottles of Merlot, orange liqueur, sliced fruit, club soda, (perhaps a secret ingredient or two), and ice. It went well with Jordan's cooking:

Appetizers - hot jalepeno crab dip w/croutons, Caren's rosemary cashew nuts, Sherry's rumakis
Main course -BBQ steak, roasted corn niblets in chile lime butter and cracked pepper, salad
Dessert - Caren's Pavlova
